I work out at home and at my employers gym sometimes when I have time. Just to stay healthy. I speed walk around my neighborhood and do cardio workouts via Julian Michaels and Tae-bo Dvd's at home. I like to go hiking at Moss Rock in Hoover or Oak mountain State Park on my offdays, whenever I'm not working, to stay in shape.

Have you ever won a competition that you were really proud of? Tell about it.
Yes I ran track in high school. I was the third leg in the 880 yard relay. And we always came in 2nd or third. Never first. But in our minds we were first place winners.I'm not a distance runner but I have participated in various 5k run/ walk events for different causes.

Describe your fitness goals, and how you are achieving them. What would you still like to achieve?
I'm trying to loose a few pounds and I'm achieving it through proper diet and exercise.

I love tv shows such as 2 and a half men, Mike &Molly, How I met your mother, Samford and son, The Jefferson , all in the family, Three's company, the Martin Lawrence show, So u think you can dance, American Idol, X-factor, Law and order, Csi-all, Ncis-both, Bones, grey's anatomy, Sons of Anarchy, Supernatural, Desperate Housewives,The view, the Talk, Anderson Cooper talk show, The Young and the restless, Fringe, Vampire Diaries,True Blood, Dexter, Breaking bad, Justified and the walking dead. I barely have time to watch tv during the week, but I catch up some weekends. And yes I repent after watching some of these shows. Bit can't get enough.

I love all types of music, I listen to Christian music, some country, classic rock, Pop and r&b. I'm a police officer/ an evidence tech or crime scene investigator. I enjoy what I do.

I'm originally from Cocoa and Fort Pierce Florida. I lived there during my early childhood. Due to my Dad military career I traveled and lived temporarily all over the east coast of the United states. Them we ended up on Birmingham where I reside with my kids.

Yes a dog . She's a 7 year old Beagle. She's apart of the family.

I don't do daring wild things. Buy I guess riding on a roller coaster. Not a fan of that at all.

I'm God fearing I used to be terrified of dying. Of knowing that oneday we're all going to leave this earth someday. Yes I want to watch my kids my grand-kids and my great-grandkids grow up.
